Let’s come together and support each other as we ride the roller coaster of the spiritual emergence and Kundalini awakening process. Each week the WLS community offers peer led support circles to offer you a chance to feel profoundly heard and supported in your process. Come feel what it’s like to be with others who truly understand the wildness of this journey. Everything is welcome in this space and you are loved and accepted exactly as you are. Healing happens when we are together.
Nothing is off limits in this space where we engage in some of the richest conversation around Kundalini, Spiritual Emergency, and the real life implications of enduring the process it that we have ever found.
Learn just what amazing company you are in. Not kidding, my best teachers are our members.
We learn so much from each other every day, proving that we are the gurus we’ve been waiting for, as we witness the transformative power of co-regulation that happens in community.
The Somatic Sanctuary is a place for your body to land and deeply exhale during the intensity and chaos of the k journey. It’s so easy to get carried away during this process by the chatters of the mind, and the body always offers some reprieve if we are able to drop into its stillness.
Somatic Playground is a held space for you to come explore the now-ness of your body and allow the moment-to-moment occurring of whatever it is that’s moving through you. To be delivered to a larger place or a new discovery or to just relax more deeply into being you.
The Playground sessions are 90 min. Each session will be a different exploration or body-learning involving movement or stillness. This offering is an adjunct and does not replace 1:1 body-based healing (somatic + movement therapy, bodywork, etc.) you’re receiving.
If you feel called to rest more deeply and be in discovery, come join us.
This is an opportunity to be heard and validated, share your personal findings, vent, cry, laugh, and feel the embrace of community.
No teachings. No advice. Just fellow travelers sharing their tales.
By sharing our own experiences, we’ll remind each other that we’re not going crazy — we’re evolving. And we’re evolving in awesome company.
